What if your work was
part of the mission?

Most of your life happens Monday through Friday. Reframed exists for the people who can't shake the feeling that it's supposed to mean more than it does — and are ready to find out what that looks like.

The Tension

Something isn't adding up.
You're not alone in that feeling.

Across every profession, in every city and nation, there is a generation of believers who feel the gap — between the life they're living and the life they sense they were made for.

01
The Sunday Gap

Discipleship was designed for Sunday. Your life happens the other six days.

Most formation environments focus on what happens inside church walls. But the majority of your witness, your leadership, and your influence unfolds at work — largely unaddressed by the faith formation you've received.

02
The Calling Void

You've built a career. But something keeps asking if this is it.

Success doesn't quiet the question. Many people who are good at what they do — and have worked hard to get there — still feel the restlessness of gifts not fully deployed, purpose not fully lived.

03
The Mission Gap

The next frontier of mission runs through your profession, not around it.

God is raising up a generation whose work — in hospitals, schools, businesses, courtrooms, and creative studios — is meant to be a platform for the gospel in cities and nations. Most people don't know they're part of that story.

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."
Colossians 3:23
"You are the salt of the earth... the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden."
Matthew 5:13–14

The Reframed Vision

Your work is not separate from your calling. It is the arena for it.

Reframed Life exists at the intersection of purpose, profession, and gospel proclamation. We believe that God calls ordinary believers into extraordinary mission through the ordinary work of their lives.

Every teacher, engineer, entrepreneur, artist, healthcare worker, and leader carries a vocation — a calling that is not separate from faith but the primary expression of it in the world.

Reframed doesn't just help people find meaning in their work. It helps them become the kind of person who deploys their work as a platform for the Kingdom — in their city, in their organization, or across the nations.

See How It Works

The Reframed Journey

Not a program. A perpetual movement.

Every person who moves through the Reframed ecosystem becomes a resource for the next. The model is designed to multiply, not just repeat.

Reframed Life 1 AWAKENING 2 FORMATION 3 COMMUNITY 4 MOBILIZATION 5 STORIES 6 PAY IT FORWARD
01
Awakening
The question surfaces.

A sermon, a season of transition, a workshop, or simply the weight of living a life that feels smaller than it should. Something wakes you up to the possibility that your work and your faith are meant to be integrated — not separated.

02
Formation
The tools and language arrive.

Coaching, community, and curriculum give you a framework for understanding your calling, your gifts, and your context. You gain vocabulary for what you've been feeling and traction toward what comes next.

03
Community
You find your people.

Formation happens in community, not isolation. Cohorts, gatherings, and relationships connect you with others who are navigating the same intersection of faith, work, and mission — and who will carry you further than you can go alone.

04
Mobilization
You deploy.

Calling becomes action. Whether you stay and invest in your city, or go to carry your profession into cross-cultural contexts, you move from desire to direction to deployment — with a plan, a community, and a coach.

05
Stories
Transformation becomes contagious.

Your story — what shifted, what opened, what you stepped into — becomes the awakening for someone else. Stories are not a marketing tool. They are the movement's most powerful resource. Every transformation carries a next invitation.

06
Pay It Forward
The movement multiplies.

Participants become sponsors. Learners become donors. Disciples become mobilizers. The Reframed ecosystem is designed to be self-sustaining and self-multiplying — because the most powerful recruiter for this movement is someone whose life has already been reframed.

This is not a coaching funnel. It is a mobilization pathway — designed to multiply the number of integrated, mission-shaped disciples in every city and nation.

Your Next Step

How you engage with Reframed Life

The journey looks different for everyone. But it follows a consistent arc — from discovery to alignment to deployment.

1
Stage One
Discover Your Purpose

Begin with a discovery conversation. We'll explore who you are, where you are, and what the restlessness you're feeling might be pointing toward. There's no formula — just a thoughtful conversation and a clear next step.

2
Stage Two
Align Your Work

Coaching helps you clarify the connection between your gifts, your calling, and your current work or career. You'll gain a framework for integrated living and a plan for what alignment actually looks like in practice.

3
Stage Three
Develop Your Leadership

Formation deepens through community. Leadership Academy and cohort experiences build character, clarify vision, and develop the kind of leader who can sustain mission over the long arc of a life — not just the intensity of a moment.

4
Stage Four
Live On Mission

Whether your calling is local — a neighborhood, a workplace, a church community — or global — a city, a people group, a cross-cultural context — you'll move from clarity to commission. Your ordinary work becomes extraordinary participation in God's mission.

The Founder

This movement is personal.
Because the question was personal.

Mwamba Johnson has spent his career at the intersection of faith, fundraising, and organizational mission — and for years, wrestled with the same tension he now helps others navigate: the gap between Sunday's worship and Monday's work.

That question didn't drive him away from his work. It drove him deeper into it — and eventually toward a conviction that the marketplace is not a mission field to escape, but a primary arena for Kingdom participation.

Reframed Life was born from that conviction. Every coaching conversation, every workshop, every cohort is an invitation into the same reframe — your work is not separate from your calling. It is the expression of it.

What Changes

People don't leave confused.
They leave changed.

These aren't promises. They're patterns — what we consistently see happen when someone moves through the Reframed journey with honesty and intention.

01 Clarity

The fog lifts.
Not all at once — but enough to move.

Most people arrive carrying years of unanswered questions about purpose and direction. The coaching process doesn't give you a five-year plan. It gives you something more durable: a framework for understanding who you are, where you've been, and what you're being called toward. Clarity rarely arrives as a lightning bolt. It arrives as a series of honest conversations that finally name what you've been feeling.

"I didn't change my job. I changed how I understood it — and that changed everything."

02 Vocabulary

You find words for what
you've always known.

The Reframed process gives you language — for your calling, your gifts, your context, and the tension you've been carrying. That language does something unexpected: it makes the invisible visible. It lets you explain to yourself — and to others — why your work matters. It creates the conditions for deeper conversations with your spouse, your pastor, your team. Vocabulary is not a small thing. It's how transformation becomes communicable.

"For the first time, I could put words to why I felt the way I did about my work — and what I wanted to do about it."

03 Community

You stop being
the only one in the room.

Most professionals wrestling with faith and work do it in isolation — because there aren't many environments where this conversation is welcome, sustained, and taken seriously. The Reframed cohort changes that. You meet people in your city, your industry, your stage of life who are asking the exact same questions. That discovery — that you're not alone — is often the first moment real momentum begins. Community doesn't just support the journey. It accelerates it.

"I've been in church my whole life and never had this conversation. The cohort was the first place where my work and my faith were taken seriously at the same time."

04 Courage

You stop waiting for
permission to step forward.

At the end of the journey, something shifts from understanding to action. The question stops being "what should I do with my life?" and starts being "what's the next faithful step?" That shift — from reflection to movement — is what we mean by courage. It's not the absence of uncertainty. It's the decision to move anyway, with a framework, a community, and a coach behind you. The world doesn't need more people who understand their calling. It needs people who've decided to live it.

"I left the cohort with a direction, a community, and for the first time — real clarity about how my work and my faith belong in the same sentence."
